I am a warm and approachable Clinical Psychologist with over 17 years of experience dealing with a wide variety of clinical issues. I have a special interest in Schema Therapy and working with business entrepreneurs. I also have experience in helping clients overcome anxiety, OCD, stress, and longstanding issues through evidence-based methods such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
I have worked in a broad range of settings, including at an anxiety disorders clinic, a psychosis outreach service, health psychology, injury rehabilitation, and adolescent and family clinics before commencing private practice.
I am registered to practice with the Psychologists Board of Australia. I am a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and a Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists. I received a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand. Following this, I completed a three-year Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology.
